Cutting Conditions

  • For high-carbide alloy steel (SKD,SUS and structural carbon steel), set cutting speed to 10-20m/min.
  • For Titanium alloy, set cutting speed to 5-10 m/min.
  • Use at a removal amount of Dia. 0.05 - Dia. 0.3 mm.
  • Please supply adequate volume of cutting oil in use.
